EVENTS

Breast Cancer Action plans a wide range of events through the year to raise awareness of the many issues related to breast cancer.  Hear about the latest research on screening programs, diagnostic tools, treatment options, and ongoing healing.  We have oncologists, surgeons, nutritionists, physiotherapists, pharmacists, and spiritual leaders share their expertise and insights.  We have people share their first-hand experiences with breast cancer and personal healing journeys. 

You will find our speakers, panels, and lunch & learns sessions quiet informative.  the added benefit of our events is meeting others who share your challenges with whom you can exchange information and ideas.  We always make time to socialize and network.

In addition to our educational programs, Breast Cancer Action also holds a number of special events to enhance our profile and raise funds to support our programs and services.  Our aim is to reach out to the community and engage individuals, organizations, and businesses to invest in our support and resource centre to help people and their families deal with breast cancer
