
The School of Psychology at the University of Ottawa is conducting research in the area of breast cancer and motherhood and specifically, whether being a mother with breast cancer has long-term effects on stress. Findings from this study will shed light on factors that contribute to the long-term effects of stress in breast cancer survivors and they are looking for breast cancer survivors to participate in the study.
Participation in this study involves two steps:
- providing saliva samples over two consecutive days,
- coming to the laboratory at the University of Ottawa to complete a brief psychological experiment.
The estimated duration of the testing session will be between 90 and 120 minutes.
