EXERCISE - Lian's Tai Chi Classes

LIAN'S TAI CHI CLASSES Breast Cancer Action members are invited to join Mr. James Tam as he hosts on-site classes held at the Breast Cancer Action post-diagnosis support and resource centre. Registration and session date information.

What you will learn through teaching and practice...

  • The Hunyuan 24-form Taijiquan (Tai Chi Chuan) which consists of a flowing sequence of movements and postures based on mind-intent.
  • The Hunyuan 12-form Qigong (Chi Kung) set which is like oiling all the body joints and energizing yourself.
  • Auxiliary Tai Chi exercises for warm-up, meditation, relaxation and flexibility.
